At Vena Jewelry, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, we may have already started processing, preparing, or shipping the order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may contact us regarding our return policy after delivery.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Vena Jewelry may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

The customer will be notified if this occurs.

Refund After Cancellation

When an eligible cancellation is approved, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the customer's bank or payment provider.
